A telecommunication company located in Silicon Valley decided to rebrand its product line that has been in the market for about 5 years.  The product functionality and capabilities will stay the same; the change will be mostly in the look, feel and name of the brand.  Although this is the right move for the success of their product they are having a hard time envisioning the transition.
