How to Create a Productive Environment That Doesn’t Suck

Summary: Being more productive doesn’t mean more TPS reports and poorly managed information systems. In fact, you can probably create a more productive work environment just by focusing on empowering your people in the right ways.

The key here is that your work environment doesn’t have to be some regimented factory where people show up and do what they’re told. Research shows that people actually want to be more productive and are happier when they are – it’s their work environments that are often working against them.

There isn’t much the Productive Flourishing team hasn’t seen when it comes to creating productive work environment. We’ll give some insights as to which environments and processes work and which don’t, as well as giving suggestions for how you can get started today.

Angela Wheeler, co-founder of Productive Flourishing, will be giving this talk. ProductiveFlourishing.com is one of the top websites in the world on productivity, planning, and team development, and our consulting carries many more insights on those same subjects.  With a PhD in Sociology and several years’ worth of facilitating events and advising clients, Angela is well-versed in in both what makes peak productive environments as well as how to craft them.
